EY, a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction, and advisory services, is seeking a Senior Manager for its Assurance division, specifically within the ASU FAAS (Financial Accounting Advisory Services) team in Gurgaon. This role is part of a national team focused on providing well-rounded experiences across various industries.

Assurance at EY aims to inspire confidence and trust by protecting the public interest, promoting transparency, supporting investor confidence, and nurturing future business leaders. The FAAS team assists clients with external audits, IFRS & US GAAP conversions, IPO readiness, and corporate treasury accounting, including IFRS 9 implementation.

Key responsibilities include supporting implementations for Axiom Basel III/3.1 Capital, RWA, COREP, CCR, and Pillar 3 reporting. You will maintain end-to-end data lineage, regulatory process maps, and calculation logic documentation. The role involves assessing regulatory impacts from Basel reforms and new products, supporting target operating model design, and translating business requirements into functional specifications.

Collaboration with Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, and Technology teams is essential to deliver compliant solutions. You will also define and strengthen regulatory reporting controls, drive improvements to reconciliations, and support reporting production cycles and operational readiness for regulatory releases.

Essential skills include strong experience in Axiom Regulatory Reporting, Capital Adequacy, Credit Risk RWA, COREP, CCR, Pillar 3, and Basel/EBA/PRA reporting. Proven ability to lead end-to-end business analysis and functional design for complex regulatory reporting data flows is required. A strong understanding of regulatory controls, data governance, audit requirements, and risk management frameworks is crucial.

Desirable experience includes exposure to Basel III/3.1 Credit Risk, RWA Optimization, Capital Attribution, and Regulatory Change Programmes. Familiarity with Axiom Controller View, Data Models, Aggregations, Workflows, and integration frameworks is beneficial. Knowledge of Data Lineage, Source-to-Target Mapping, Data Quality Controls, and Reporting Governance is also advantageous.

Qualifications include a Master of Business Administration, Chartered Accountant, CFA, FRM, or ACCA. The role requires a minimum of 4-10 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
