This role is for a Senior Manager within the National Assurance team, specializing in FAAS (Financial Accounting Advisory Services) for Financial & Accounting Advancement in Gurgaon. The National teams operate across various industries, offering a diverse experience. Assurance aims to build confidence and trust by protecting the public interest, promoting transparency, and supporting economic growth.

Our service offerings encompass External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversions, IPO support, and Corporate Treasury with IFRS 9 implementation. We provide a robust perspective to audit committees and critical information to stakeholders.

Drive technical excellence with strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP to manage complex accounting and reporting. Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy, compliance, and consistency. Evaluate internal control environments to identify and address gaps. Support IPO PMO activities with accounting and reporting oversight. Apply consulting skills to deliver high-quality assurance and financial accounting advisory solutions for large engagements.

To excel in this role, a Chartered Accountant qualification is essential, coupled with over 8 years of relevant experience. You should possess the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach is key, along with the capacity to deliver insightful and actionable solutions.
