This Senior Manager role within the National Assurance ASU FAAS team in Gurgaon is a unique opportunity. The National division comprises sector-agnostic teams offering diverse industry experience. ASU FAAS focuses on inspiring confidence and trust by ensuring compliance with audit standards, providing clear perspectives to audit committees, and delivering critical information to stakeholders.

Execute comprehensive testing of COREP, Credit Risk, LCR, NSFR, PRA110, RWA, Capital Adequacy, and Pillar 3 reporting processes. Support various testing phases including SIT, UAT, Functional, Validation, and Regression across regulatory, capital, liquidity, and risk reporting initiatives.

Develop detailed test scenarios, cases, and scripts by reviewing regulatory requirements and functional specifications. Validate regulatory calculations, business rules, data transformations, and reporting outputs against relevant standards. Perform source-to-target mapping validation and data lineage testing. Conduct data reconciliations and resolve reporting variances.

Collaborate with Business, Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, and Technology teams for effective test execution and issue resolution. Manage the defect lifecycle, including logging, root cause analysis, prioritization, and retesting. Support regulatory change implementations through impact assessments and release readiness activities. Prepare essential test evidence, execution reports, and sign-off documentation.

Essential expertise includes robust experience in Regulatory Reporting Testing covering Capital, Liquidity, Credit Risk, RWA, COREP, FINREP, and Pillar 3 reporting. You should possess a proven ability to design and execute SIT, UAT, Functional, Validation, and Regression Testing for complex regulatory reporting solutions. A strong understanding of regulatory reporting calculations, reconciliation processes, data controls, and reporting governance is crucial.

Experience in managing defects, coordinating business testing, and supporting production releases is also required. Desirable experience encompasses exposure to Basel III/Basel 3.1, PRA, EBA, and regulatory change programs, along with familiarity with platforms like Axiom, Moody's, QRM, Oracle, SQL, and ETL.

Ideal candidates will have a Chartered Accountant, CFA, FRM, or ACCA qualification, coupled with 4-10 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
