This Senior Manager role is within the National Assurance team, specifically focusing on Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) in Gurgaon. National teams work across industries to provide a well-rounded experience.

As a Senior Manager, you will drive technical excellence by performing end-to-end testing of various regulatory reporting processes including COREP, Credit risk, LCR, NSFR, PRA110, RWA, Capital Adequacy, and Pillar 3. You'll support multiple testing phases and collaborate with business, risk, finance, and technology teams. Key duties include reviewing regulatory requirements, validating calculations against standards, executing data lineage testing, and managing defect lifecycles. You will also prepare comprehensive test evidence and support regulatory change implementations.

Essential qualifications include significant post-qualification experience in Regulatory Reporting Testing, covering capital, liquidity, credit risk, RWA, COREP, FINREP, and Pillar 3. You must demonstrate a proven ability to design and execute various testing phases for complex regulatory reporting solutions. A strong understanding of regulatory reporting calculations, reconciliation processes, data controls, and governance is crucial. Experience managing defects, coordinating business testing, and supporting production releases is required. Desirable experience includes exposure to Basel III/3.1, PRA, EBA, and knowledge of platforms like Axiom, Oracle, and SQL, along with data quality and lineage expertise.
