This role is a Senior Manager position within the National Assurance team, focusing on FAAS (Financial Accounting Advisory Services) in Gurgaon.

Manage end-to-end IPO execution, including supervising document preparation (DRHP/RHP), due diligence, and successful closure.

Coordinate closely with clients and EY teams on all regulatory compliance aspects. Liaise with intermediaries like BRLMs and Legal Counsels for deal execution.

Contribute to business development by identifying early leads and engaging clients with team support. Ensure risk management and compliance within EY, meeting all client-related legal disclosure requirements.

Take a lead role in managing clients and third parties, assisting with post-issue formalities. Spearhead regulatory change initiatives and provide recommendations to EY team members. Impart product knowledge to subordinates and peers.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and actionable solutions, is essential.
