This role is for a Senior Manager within our National Assurance team, specializing in Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) in Bangalore.

National teams operate across various industries, offering a broad professional experience. We assist clients by ensuring compliance with audit standards, providing clear perspectives to audit committees, and delivering critical information to stakeholders. Our service offerings include External Audit, FAAS, IFRS & US GAAP conversions, IPO support, and Corporate Treasury services.

Drive technical excellence in accounting and auditing. Provide expert advisory on complex accounting topics, including IFRS/US/UK GAAP and international auditing standards. Key areas include revenue recognition, leases, business combinations, consolidations, share-based payments, and financial instruments.

Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills. Research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies. Maintain flexibility for travel. Be comfortable with ambiguity and take ownership of delivery quality. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.

Comfortably engage with senior stakeholders, both internal and external. Utilize Excel and PowerPoint proficiently for detailed analysis. Experience in accounting and regulatory support for accounting changes, white paper writing, comprehensive technical accounting guidance, financial statement preparation, accounting processes, and audit support is essential.

To excel in this role, you must be a Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA (US), or ACCA (UK).
