We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of AI/ML Engineering to spearhead the creation and deployment of enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. As Senior Manager, AI/ML Engineering, you will lead the end-to-end development and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions across enterprise applications. You'll define technical strategy, architecture, and engineering best practices for AI platforms, driving the adoption of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics.

Key responsibilities include overseeing AI/ML product delivery from conception to production, translating business needs into scalable AI solutions, and establishing robust MLOps practices for model governance, monitoring, and operational excellence. You will also evaluate emerging AI technologies, lead proof-of-concepts, and ensure secure, responsible, and compliant AI implementations.

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, alongside a minimum of 15 years of software engineering experience and 10 years in engineering leadership, managing teams.

Candidates must have hands-on experience building and deploying Machine Learning or AI solutions in enterprise environments, proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and strong skills in Python, ML frameworks, and modern software engineering practices. A solid understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, model deployment, MLOps, and exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are essential. A Master's Degree in a relevant field and experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI transformation initiatives in healthcare are preferred.
