Lead and implement cutting-edge AI/ML initiatives, focusing on Generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, and RAG architectures. Develop and deploy enterprise-level agentic solutions using open frameworks. Design and implement solutions for Document AI, OCR, and structured data extraction. Leverage expertise in various machine learning techniques including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning. Utilize cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP for development and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.

A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Engineering is required, along with a minimum of 15 years of experience in AI/ML roles. You should possess over 5 years of proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and SQL, alongside experience implementing enterprise agentic solutions and working with vector databases and embeddings. Familiarity with NLP literature, UI tools, and cloud environments is essential.
