Lead daily Accounts Payable operations, including PO/non-PO invoice processing, 2-way/3-way matching, exception handling, and timely payment runs. Ensure robust governance for PO and vendor compliance, alongside managing timesheet-based vendor billing validation. Oversee employee reimbursements, corporate card settlements, and maintain vendor master data integrity, including banking and tax documentation.

Drive compliance with Indian (GST, TDS, RCM), US (1099), and Canadian (GST/HST/PST) regulations. Implement and maintain ICFR/SOX-like controls and manage month/quarter/year-end close activities such as accruals, AP aging, and DPO tracking. Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, HR, and Legal departments, and manage escalations from vendors and internal teams across geographies.

A Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree is required, with a Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) being preferred. Candidates should possess 10–12 years of comprehensive Accounts Payable experience, including 3–5 years in a team leadership capacity.

Essential skills include strong knowledge of AP processes, PO processing, debit/credit notes, reconciliations, month-end closing, and vendor management. Experience supporting multi-country operations (India, US, Canada) is vital. Proficiency in enterprise ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, MS Dynamics) and AP/T&E tools, along with strong Excel skills and exposure to BI tools like Power BI or Tableau, is expected.
