Oversee all civil, criminal, IPR, client, arbitration, and commercial litigation matters across India. This includes reviewing all legal documents, drafting written statements, and preparing arguments before court filings.

Provide in-house legal support to external counsel, collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather and provide necessary information. Analyze and prepare litigation data for leadership reviews and regulatory reporting.

Draft, vet, and negotiate real estate-related contracts. Support the registration of lease deeds and other property documents. Develop high-level dashboards and MIS reports for executive review.

Build strong working relationships, stay updated on information technology and compliance developments, and offer assistance to legal team members globally. Uphold integrity and high personal standards.

Demonstrated experience and knowledge of court procedures in civil and criminal courts, tribunals, arbitrations, and regulatory agencies across India.

Proficiency in handling end-to-end litigation, including drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents for court submissions. Ability to attend hearings on behalf of the company.

Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with advocates and law firms. Experience reviewing and negotiating real estate contracts.

Participate in and lead group initiatives, focusing on training and awareness building. Support compliance matters by assisting with internal reviews, responding to queries, and coordinating timely closure of action items.

Assist in drafting/updating compliance SOPs and guidelines, and contribute to compliance awareness training delivery. Familiarity with laws and regulations relevant to company operations.
