Manage and support cloud infrastructure, including GCVE, OS patching, and server maintenance. Proactively troubleshoot issues across multiple cloud platforms with a solution-oriented approach.

Participate in on-call rotations to address critical incidents and escalations. Develop and maintain essential documentation like knowledge base articles, SOPs, and runbooks.

Provide mentorship to L1 support teams, ensuring timely and high-quality customer service. Work independently on projects while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong ownership and accountability.

A strong foundation in Linux/UNIX/AIX troubleshooting and system administration is essential, alongside proven experience in installing and maintaining various Linux server distributions.

Proficiency in High Availability configurations using Pacemaker is required. Expertise in OS patching via cloud-native tools and solid networking troubleshooting skills are also necessary.

Working knowledge of VMware in GCVE is expected. Experience with server management tools like Red Hat Satellite or SUSE Manager is beneficial. Familiarity with containerization and scripting tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, or Python is preferred.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role. A minimum of 7 years of overall operational experience, with at least 3 years in a diverse cloud support environment operating under a 24*7 model, is required.
