This role involves comprehensive cloud and OS administration, including patching, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting across multiple cloud platforms. You will be responsible for managing server installations, configurations, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical infrastructure. The position also requires hands-on experience with various RAID technologies, clustering, and file/print server management. Additionally, you will contribute to documentation such as KB articles and SOPs, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support.

Key responsibilities include handling P1/P2 calls, managing escalations, and assisting lower-tier support staff. You will also be involved in Proof of Concepts (POCs) and working independently on project scenarios. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with both internal teams and external clients.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 7 years of overall operational experience, including at least 3 years specifically in AWS/Azure environments and working within a 24/7 production support model. A solid understanding of cloud computing, networking, and storage principles is essential. Experience with Linux is a primary requirement, complemented by proven skills in operating system and server administration.

Candidates should possess at least 2 years of scripting experience. A four-year Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent practical experience is required. While knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Hyper-V, and VMware is beneficial, a strong foundation in Linux cloud infrastructure is paramount. Experience with PowerShell, automation tools, containers, and PaaS solutions is a significant advantage.
