This role is crucial for shaping intuitive and effective user experiences across various Salesforce platforms, including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. You will play a key part in transforming complex business requirements into seamless user journeys and engaging interfaces.

Design comprehensive end-to-end UX solutions for Salesforce applications, including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. Translate intricate business needs and CRM workflows into clear user journeys, wireframes, and detailed UI designs.

Leverage and extend the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) to ensure UI consistency. Develop low and high-fidelity prototypes for validation with users and stakeholders, and conduct thorough user research and usability testing.

Collaborate closely with developers and architects to guarantee designs are feasible and aligned with the platform. Enhance the usability of data-intensive interfaces like dashboards, forms, and workflows. Maintain reusable design systems and components in accordance with Salesforce standards. Ensure designs adhere to accessibility, responsiveness, and performance best practices. Effectively present design concepts to stakeholders and leadership.

A minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years specifically focused on Salesforce implementations. Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.

Possess hands-on experience with the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Experience with enterprise or CRM application design, coupled with robust skills in user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.

Understand Salesforce UI limitations and its component-based architecture. Experience working within Agile team environments and strong collaboration skills across global teams are essential for this role.
