This role focuses on monitoring bot performance, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high availability for business-critical automations. You will be instrumental in keeping our automated systems running efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include actively monitoring bot executions via MuleSoft RPA Manager, meticulously tracking schedules, success rates, and identifying any failures.

You will perform initial troubleshooting, including bot restarts and reruns according to standard operating procedures. Investigating and resolving issues related to credentials, authentication, access, connectivity, and infrastructure are also crucial.

Analyzing bot logs and error messages, logging and prioritizing incidents using ITSM tools, and escalating complex code-related issues are part of the daily workflow. Collaboration with infrastructure, application, security, and business teams ensures smooth operations.

Maintaining comprehensive shift handover notes, runbooks, knowledge articles, and operational reports is essential. You will also support incident analysis, root cause analysis, and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

We are looking for individuals with 2 to 6 years of experience in RPA, application, or production support environments. Proficiency with MuleSoft RPA Manager or a comparable RPA platform is required.

A solid understanding of bot monitoring, scheduling, execution, and failure handling mechanisms is necessary. Familiarity with Windows servers, virtual machines, credential management, and access control is also expected.

Experience with ITIL processes and tools such as ServiceNow or Jira is beneficial. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills are vital for this role. Candidates must be willing to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
