The Senior Lead Engineer will be instrumental in designing end-to-end user experiences for Salesforce apps across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. Key responsibilities include translating business needs into intuitive user journeys, wireframes, and UI designs, while leveraging and extending the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).

This role involves conducting user research, usability testing, and building prototypes to validate designs. You will collaborate closely with developers and architects to ensure platform-aligned solutions, improve data-heavy interfaces, and maintain reusable design systems. Ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and performance best practices will be crucial, as will presenting design concepts to stakeholders.

We require candidates with 4-8 years of UI/UX design experience, including at least 2 years specifically on Salesforce platforms. A strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud) and hands-on experience with SLDS are essential. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, along with experience in enterprise/CRM application design, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping, is expected.

Candidates should possess a solid grasp of Salesforce UI limitations and component-based architecture, and experience working within Agile teams. Excellent collaboration skills for working with global teams are also a must. While not strictly required, familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), App Builder, Dynamic Forms, and basic frontend technologies is advantageous.
