NTT DATA seeks a motivated Senior Jama Connect Administrator / Enterprise Integration & AI Automation Engineer to enhance our team in Bangalore. This role is crucial for optimizing our Jama Connect platform, developing robust enterprise integrations, and pioneering AI-driven automation solutions. You will be instrumental in improving requirements management, traceability, and overall engineering productivity.

This is a hands-on, technical leadership position requiring deep expertise in Jama Connect, middleware integrations, and cutting-edge AI technologies. You will design and implement solutions that bridge our existing engineering and ALM/PLM platforms with advanced AI capabilities, driving efficiency and innovation.

Key responsibilities include administering and optimizing the Jama Connect platform, managing user access and configurations, and supporting enterprise requirements management processes. You will develop and maintain integrations using Jama Connect REST APIs and troubleshoot platform issues.

Furthermore, you will design, implement, and maintain enterprise integrations using ConnectALL/OpsHub, connecting Jama Connect with platforms like Jira and ServiceNow. This involves configuring field mappings, workflow synchronization, and developing API-based integrations. You will also design and develop MCP servers and connectors to expose enterprise platform capabilities to AI applications.

Additionally, you will build, deploy, and maintain AI Agents and Agentic AI solutions for engineering automation. This includes integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and orchestrating complex agent workflows. You will evaluate AI Agent performance, implement security controls, and develop AI-assisted capabilities for various engineering tasks.

We require a minimum of 5-8 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years focused on ALM/PLM administration, enterprise integrations, or engineering systems. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Jama Connect administration, including requirements management, workflows, and traceability, is essential.

You must have 3+ years of experience with Jama Connect REST APIs and API-driven automation. Experience with ConnectALL/OpsHub Integration Manager and integrating enterprise applications like Jira and ServiceNow is also required. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and OAuth is necessary.

Hands-on development experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and building AI Agents/Agentic AI applications using LLM frameworks is crucial. A solid understanding of AI Agent orchestration, tool calling, and enterprise security principles is expected. Strong analytical, solution design, and technical documentation skills are vital.
