This role involves leading a global team responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing learning content crucial for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. It demands a blend of leadership, instructional design acumen, content governance, and project management to deliver effective learning solutions that drive business success.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of instructional designers and content developers across India and the Philippines. Oversee team performance, engagement, capacity, and resource allocation to align with business priorities.

Manage the design, development, and upkeep of training materials, including SOPs, Job Aids, ILT, and WBT content. Direct content intake, prioritization, and delivery using established request and ticketing systems.

Ensure all learning content adheres to quality standards for accuracy, clarity, and instructional effectiveness. Conduct content reviews and implement best practices per organizational style guides. Lead large-scale content transformation and process improvement initiatives.

Collaborate closely with Operations, Training Delivery, SMEs, and global learning stakeholders to understand needs and deliver impactful solutions. Drive innovation in content development processes and tools. Adhere to all company policies and directives regarding work arrangements.

A Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is required.

Possess over 6 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), instructional design, content development, training, or learning operations. Demonstrate proven experience in leading and developing high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.

Showcase experience partnering with cross-functional and global teams on business-critical initiatives. Maintain a solid understanding of SOP development, documentation governance, and instructional design principles.

Exhibit a strong ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities within a dynamic environment. Experience supporting healthcare operations, payer, provider, or RCM environments is preferred, as is familiarity with adult learning methodologies and content development best practices, learning technologies, content management systems, and e-learning tools.
