Key responsibilities include designing and implementing secure, scalable AI solutions and security capabilities. You will assess AI systems, architectures, and use cases for potential security and privacy risks. Translating policies, standards, and regulatory requirements into actionable technical controls is essential. Developing automation, monitoring, and detection capabilities for AI environments will be a core function. Collaboration with engineering, security, risk, and business teams to address AI security needs is crucial. Producing clear technical documentation and evidence for governance and audit readiness is expected. Furthermore, providing technical leadership, sharing best practices, and contributing to ongoing AI security education across the organization is a significant part of this role.
This position requires a dedicated, on-site presence five days a week, with shift timings from 3:30 PM to 1:00 AM. Adherence to employment contract terms, company policies, and directives is mandatory. This includes potential re-assignments, changes in work shifts, and adaptation to evolving business environments as per the company's discretion.
This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering statistical models, machine learning (ML), or artificial intelligence (AI) solutions within a large organizational context. Extensive, real-world experience in data science and data engineering, also spanning at least 5 years in large organizations, is necessary. Proficiency in software development using Python and SQL, with a minimum of 5 years of experience, is a must. Additionally, at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) is required.
Preferred qualifications include experience in cybersecurity, ideally from a Security Operations Center (SOC) analyst perspective. Customer-facing experience is beneficial. A strong understanding of adversarial AI threats, such as model inversion and data poisoning, along with secure model lifecycle management, is highly desirable. Broad knowledge of information technology, encompassing hardware, networking, architecture, protocols, and operating systems, is advantageous. Familiarity with frameworks like NIST AI Risk Management Framework (RMF), OWASP AI Security, or MITRE ATLAS, along with proficiency in data querying and reporting, would be beneficial. The ability to stay abreast of emerging threats and evolving AI technologies, coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate risks and technical concepts effectively, are also key attributes.
