Key responsibilities include eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and managing complex business and security requirements for the Enterprise Security Program. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders—business, security, technical, and project management—to ensure requirements are clear, feasible, and aligned with organizational objectives. Partner with Security Quality Assurance to validate security solutions against documented needs.

Further duties involve tracing requirements to their implementation artifacts and test cases. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of security business analysis processes and tools as a subject matter expert, sharing knowledge and best practices with peers to enhance team effectiveness.

To excel in this role, strong communication skills in English are essential, adaptable for various audiences from executives to project teams. You must demonstrate personal accountability for delivering business analyst responsibilities and possess the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams, cultures, and geographies, building trust virtually.

Required experience includes a strong working knowledge of Identity and Access Management and a proven customer focus built on trust and reliability. Candidates should have extensive experience in writing and reviewing various levels of requirements and be adept at gaining alignment and approval from the user community.

Proficiency in elicitation techniques like interviews, workshops, and surveys, alongside experience developing business analysis methods and tools, is crucial. A solid understanding of requirements models, including Use Cases, Process Maps, and Data Models, is expected. You should be a leader in utilizing IT methodologies, processes, and standards for business analysis.
