As a key member of the Information Security Service Delivery team, you will drive improvements by investigating, analyzing, and documenting business functions and processes. Key responsibilities include eliciting, analyzing, and managing business and security requirements for complex projects within the Enterprise Security Program. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear, feasible, and aligned with organizational objectives. This involves partnering with QA to validate security solutions and tracing requirements to their implementation and test cases.

Furthermore, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of security business analysis processes and tools, acting as a subject matter expert. Sharing knowledge and best practices with peers is essential for team effectiveness and collective success.

Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills, adapting effectively to diverse audiences from executives to project teams. Personal accountability for delivering high-quality business analyst work is paramount. Essential skills include a strong working knowledge of Identity and Access Management, a customer-focused approach, and extensive experience in writing and reviewing various levels of requirements. Proficiency in elicitation techniques and a solid understanding of requirements models, such as process maps, use cases, and state diagrams, are expected. Leadership in applying IT methodologies, processes, and standards for business analysis is also a key attribute.
