This role focuses on ensuring the highest quality across our cutting-edge applications and platforms. You will leverage advanced automation techniques and AI-powered tools to streamline testing processes, enhance efficiency, and validate complex customer use cases. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting application releases, customer migrations, and ensuring overall platform reliability and scalability.

Design and implement robust quality engineering strategies, including comprehensive test plans and validation approaches for application releases and platform modernization.

Drive AI-enabled test automation using tools like Microsoft Copilot and MIRO AI to generate test scenarios and accelerate test design.

Lead the development and maintenance of scalable automated test suites using Playwright to enhance release quality and reduce manual testing effort.

Execute performance, load, and stress testing with JMeter to ensure system scalability and reliability under various workloads.

Support customer migration to V2 environments, validating configurations and end-to-end business processes.

Ensure release readiness through functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance validation.

Investigate quality issues, collaborate on root-cause analysis, and verify fixes to maintain platform integrity.

Partner with cross-functional teams to define quality requirements and improve testing practices.

Provide crucial offshore QA coverage and operational continuity for testing, onboarding, and production support.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Possess 4+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, QA Automation, or Software Testing, complemented by 4+ years of experience with AWS.

Leverage 2+ years of experience in Java or Python for performance testing initiatives using JMeter.

Demonstrated experience validating applications across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments within Agile/Scrum frameworks.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills are essential.

Proficiency in using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365 AI, and MIRO AI for quality engineering activities is highly valued.

Technical expertise includes JMeter for performance testing, Playwright for test automation, and understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern SDET best practices.
