Embark on a role focused on delivering an exceptional new hire onboarding journey, from offer acceptance to the first day. As a Senior HR Service Advisor within the New Hire Onboarding team, you will spearhead the onboarding execution for new hires across APAC, IMEA, ANZ, and Korea. Your responsibilities will include managing pre-onboarding activities, conducting data validations across critical systems like Employee Central, SAP, and CRM, and ensuring timely and accurate submission of payroll inputs to vendors. Manage the complete new hire onboarding process from offer acceptance through Day 1, ensuring all milestones are met within designated timelines and service standards for your allocated countries.
Validate and reconcile employee data across various HR systems, including Employee Central (EC), SAP, CRM, and workflow/tracking tools, to guarantee data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Prepare and submit accurate payroll inputs to relevant payroll teams and vendors for supported countries, adhering to local requirements and meeting payroll cut-off dates for on-time first-pay processing.
Investigate discrepancies and exceptions, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement short-term and long-term remediation plans in collaboration with your manager and stakeholders.
Coordinate effectively with stakeholders such as recruiting, payroll, vendors, and internal People Operations partners to clarify responsibilities, manage interdependencies, ensure prompt resolutions, and provide proactive communication.
Maintain audit readiness and strong internal controls by meticulously documenting actions, ensuring process traceability, adhering to established procedures, and upholding data privacy through strict confidentiality.
Identify opportunities for streamlining and automating onboarding and payroll input activities using low-code/no-code tools like Power Automate and Power Apps to boost efficiency and enhance the stakeholder experience.
A minimum of 5 years of experience is required in Operations, Customer Support, HR Shared Services, Employee Data, or a similar customer-facing operational role.
Demonstrated experience supporting new hire onboarding processes, from offer acceptance through Day 1, with a strong ability to own execution and manage stakeholder coordination.
Proven experience in data validation and reconciliation across HR systems such as EC, SAP, CRM, and various workflow tools, highlighting exceptional attention to detail.
Capacity to operate independently within a deadline-intensive environment, effectively prioritizing tasks and driving them to completion with minimal direct supervision.
Preferred qualifications include over 5 years of experience in Operations, Customer Support, HR Shared Services, Employee Data, or a customer-facing operations role. Experience supporting new hire onboarding (offer acceptance through Day 1) with strong execution ownership and stakeholder coordination is highly valued. Demonstrated experience in data validation/reconciliation across HR systems (e.g., EC/SAP/CRM/workflow tools) with strong attention to detail is also preferred, as is the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment, prioritizing workload and driving closure with minimal supervision.
