NVIDIA is seeking a Senior High-Performance Storage Architect for our Infrastructure Specialists team. This role is pivotal in developing the world's largest and fastest AI Factories. You will collaborate with cutting-edge technologies and engage with academic, commercial, and government entities worldwide. In this role, you will deploy, manage, and validate High-Performance Storage infrastructure within AI Factory Linux environments. You will serve as the subject matter expert during customer engagements, from initial planning through implementation phases. Key responsibilities include creating and delivering comprehensive documentation and conducting knowledge transfer sessions for customers.

Furthermore, you will provide crucial feedback to internal teams by reporting bugs, outlining workarounds, and suggesting product enhancements. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the success of advanced AI infrastructure projects.

Candidates should possess over 8 years of experience in in-depth support, deployment, and validation of hardware and software-based storage solutions. A strong grasp of storage concepts and technologies such as SDS, NFS, S3, NVMeoF, Lustre, GPFS, and RMDA (RoCEv2/InfiniBand) is essential.

Familiarity with storage benchmarking tools including FIO, IO500, IOR, HPL, NCCL tests, and MLPerf storage is required. Proficiency in Linux system administration, performance optimization, logging, and advanced networking (tuning and monitoring) is also necessary. A four-year degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is expected.

Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Ansible are needed. Exceptional interpersonal abilities and the capacity to resolve customer issues effectively are paramount. Strong organizational skills for prioritization and multitasking with minimal supervision are crucial. Occasional travel up to 20% for customer site visits is anticipated.
