Establish and mature data governance and data quality frameworks, transforming low-maturity baselines into best-in-class solutions.

Oversee the implementation and management of modern data architectures, including lakehouse and data mesh paradigms.

Lead distributed, cross-geography data teams through significant platform transitions, fostering collaboration and high performance.

Influence executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

A minimum of 20 years in senior data leadership roles, such as Chief Data Officer or VP Data.

Demonstrated success in building data strategies within regulated financial services, starting from foundational levels.

In-depth knowledge of contemporary data architectures like medallion, data mesh, and lakehouse.

Hands-on experience with SQL Server estates, Redshift, and event streaming platforms including Confluent Kafka and RedPanda.

Proven ability to establish comprehensive data governance and data quality frameworks.
