As a Senior GRC Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building and managing our comprehensive compliance program. This includes overseeing security, privacy, AI governance, and consumer protection for our rapidly expanding global B2C product. You will be instrumental in ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of integrity and regulatory adherence across 190+ countries.

You will be responsible for leading certifications and audits, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001, from initial readiness through to renewal.

Drive GDPR and other global privacy requirements, managing aspects like data residency, DSARs, DPAs, and processing records.

Develop and implement controls for emerging AI regulations, such as the EU AI Act, specifically applied to autonomous code generation and execution.

Own the overall GRC program, encompassing policies, control implementation, evidence collection, vendor risk management, and audit preparedness.

Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate complex compliance requirements into practical, scalable, and implementable controls.

We are seeking candidates with 5 to 7+ years of experience in GRC, security compliance, privacy, or risk management.

A proven track record of hands-on experience with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications is essential.

Possess a strong understanding of GDPR and global privacy regulations.

Demonstrated experience in managing audits, vendor risks, controls, and end-to-end compliance programs.

Ability to foster strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with Engineering, Security, Product, and Legal teams.
