Support clients in GBS/SSC setup assignments, including activity analysis, cost baselining, location assessment, and target model design.

Conduct finance process assessments and identify opportunities for performance improvements.

Develop innovative and customer-focused RFP and RFI responses to win deals.

Provide regular status communications to project and business teams.

Participate in practice development activities such as internal training, recruitment, and asset development.

Present ideas clearly and prepare presentations for senior client stakeholders.

Engage in sales origination by identifying opportunities with client teams.

Leverage and enhance various frameworks and methodologies specific to our offerings.

Adapt to client timings for global client bases and be open to travel and work in any shift.

Commerce Graduates or MBA (Finance) degrees are required. Other professional degrees like CPA, CFA, or CMA may be considered with relevant experience.

A minimum of 5 years of work experience in Business Transition, GBS, or SSC setup activities is essential.

Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory.

Knowledge of Finance domain and the FS sector, preferably with a strong network, is crucial.

Experience in GBS/SSC setup activities, Business Transition assignments, and related activities is expected.

Familiarity with finance functions or sectors like Banking, Insurance, Wealth Asset Management, or Supply Chain is beneficial, including experience with Account Reconciliations, Journals, Transaction matching, Variance analysis, intercompany, and Fixed assets accounting/management.

Strong accounting skills, understanding of financial reports, and knowledge of Financial Consolidation, Cost Allocation, and Finance Planning/Budgeting Processes are required.

Familiarity with financial close processes for month/quarter/annual periods and ledger/sub-ledger systems is necessary.

Excellent articulation, communication, and professional presentation skills are a must. Adaptability, ability to influence, and strong team-player qualities are essential for success in this role.
