We are seeking a seasoned Developer with extensive expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle Recruiting, and advanced AI/Generative AI technologies. This role focuses on creating intelligent AI agents and enterprise applications that streamline business processes, enhance user experiences, and boost efficiency within the Oracle Fusion framework.

Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated AI-powered solutions. A strong foundation in software development, particularly with Large Language Models (LLMs) and agent orchestration frameworks, is essential. You'll leverage Oracle AI Agent Studio and modern AI development tools to translate complex business needs into secure, scalable, and production-ready technical solutions.

Key responsibilities include architecting and building AI-driven applications and intelligent agents that seamlessly integrate with Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Recruiting. You will develop custom applications, APIs, and integrations to expand Oracle Fusion HCM capabilities.

This involves designing and implementing Generative AI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration. A significant part of the role is automating recruiting and HCM processes, enhancing user interactions, and optimizing operational workflows. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure AI applications meet enterprise standards for security, data privacy, and performance.

This position requires 5–8 years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 1 year dedicated to developing AI/Generative AI solutions or LLM-powered applications. You must have practical experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and be adept at AI agent development, prompt engineering, and LLM-based application design.

Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript is crucial, along with experience in developing and consuming REST APIs and working with JSON. Familiarity with security protocols like OAuth 2.0 and robust knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control, testing, debugging, and CI/CD processes, are expected. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively, are vital for success.
