As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will:

- Architect and implement comprehensive full-stack solutions adhering to Mastercard's rigorous engineering standards. - Partner with UI/UX designers to craft responsive, accessible user interfaces using React, ensuring adherence to WCAG guidelines. - Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs within the Open Finance ecosystem using Java. - Champion high code quality through extensive unit/integration testing, peer reviews, and robust CI/CD pipelines. - Engage throughout the software development lifecycle, from initial requirements to post-release support. - Proactively troubleshoot and resolve production issues to guarantee service resilience. - Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning. - Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize features and manage technical decisions effectively. - Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in both frontend and backend development.

We are seeking a candidate with:

- A minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience, spanning both backend and frontend development. - Proficient hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js. - Demonstrated experience with Java is essential. - A strong grasp of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards. - Proven ability to collaborate effectively with designers and product teams on user-centric products. - Solid experience in building RESTful APIs, microservices, and working within cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Familiarity with modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, adept at bridging technical and business needs. - A proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable approach, comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting. - Practical proficiency with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot) for code generation, debugging, testing, and documentation.
