As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be instrumental in an Agile Scrum team, collaborating closely with Product Management and business stakeholders on backlog refinement and planning. You will design and develop user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks and implement secure, robust web services and database schemas. Your role will involve writing well-documented source code and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers on coding best practices and style. You will independently tackle complex technical challenges, provide expert explanations, and ensure compliance with company policies and directives.

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer with at least 8 years of experience, holding a B.Tech./MCA or equivalent degree. Proficiency is required in standard DevOps tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Docker, alongside experience supporting data migration and cloud applications. You should possess hands-on expertise with modern technologies including Microsoft Azure, .NET, C#, Microservices, React, Angular, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Generative AI. Familiarity with AI Builder, Azure OpenAI services, and Python for development workflow enhancement is essential. A proactive, flexible attitude, strong communication skills for business partner interaction, and proven ability in functional, regression, and system integration testing are critical. A growth mindset, embracing emerging AI technologies, and solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are also expected.
