Collaborate on system analysis and design, adhering to established patterns and standards.

Independently handle coding and unit testing, while mentoring team members.

Ensure adherence to coding standards and actively support the QA team with defect fixes and code deployments.

Write and execute automation tests to promote high-quality code.

Participate in project deployment activities and manage source control effectively.

Deliver all required technical artifacts for each project, complying with company policies.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (B.Tech, MCA, MSc, M.Tech) is required, with a minimum of 16 years of formal education.

Possess at least 6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using Java/J2EE and React technologies.

Demonstrate extensive experience with Core Java/J2EE (Spring, Hibernate, MVC) and React, along with proficiency in RESTful web services.

Familiarity with IDEs like IntelliJ, Eclipse, or VS Code is essential. Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit/Spock) and SQL queries (PostgreSQL) is also required.

Experience in CI/CD and DevOps initiatives, along with solid Java programming (JDK 1.8) and OOAD concepts, is crucial for success in this role.
