Join EY's global Finance Consulting team as a Consultant or Senior Consultant. This role focuses on performance improvement initiatives for clients across various industries and countries. You will conduct techno-functional assessments of finance processes, analyze pain points, and develop effective solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing service offering within a leading firm. We seek individuals with expertise in process assessment and mapping, with added advantage for experience in FP&A, Financial Accounting, and Reporting.

Key responsibilities include: - Engaging in finance functions like 'Record to Report', 'Procure to Pay', and 'Order to Cash', encompassing reconciliations, journals, transaction matching, variance analysis, intercompany, and fixed assets. - Conducting client workshops to assess current 'As-Is' processes and design optimized future 'To-Be' processes based on best practices. - Identifying improvement opportunities through automation, technology, and process standardization. - Creating detailed process maps (L1-L5) using tools such as Planview, Nimbus, ARIS, IBM Blueworks, and Visio. - Designing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and control frameworks for O2C, P2P, and R2R processes. - Applying strong accounting skills and understanding financial reports. - Possessing knowledge of financial consolidation, cost allocation, and budgeting processes. - Demonstrating familiarity with financial close activities for month/quarter/annual periods. - Having good knowledge of ledger and sub-ledger systems, including SAP ERP/HANA and Oracle GL. - Translating business requirements into technical language and models. - Managing and supervising project teams. - Effectively prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment. - Being open to domestic and international travel.

To qualify for this role, you must possess: - A professional qualification such as CA, CFA, CPA, or an MBA/Master's in Business Administration with a Finance specialization. - 1-2 years of work experience in the Finance domain for Staff level, or 3-6 years for Senior level. - Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Ideally, you will also bring: - Exposure to tools like ERP, HFM, Visio, ARIS, BlueWorks, Celonis, or Alteryx. - Project management and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in Finance Transformation.
