This Senior Frontend Engineer role is crucial for developing cutting-edge AI agent interfaces. You will have significant autonomy to architect and deploy production-grade web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript within a modern monorepo. Thriving in ambiguity and delivering high-quality AI-powered products at scale is key.

Architect and implement scalable frontend systems leveraging Next.js, React, and TypeScript within a Turborepo monorepo. Design and maintain reusable component libraries, utilizing patterns from shadcn/ui and Radix UI primitives. Develop sophisticated AI agent interfaces, including advanced conversational UIs. Prioritize performance optimization, focusing on Core Web Vitals, bundle size, runtime speed, and perceived performance. Implement responsive and accessible designs that ensure seamless functionality across all devices. Integrate with backend services to manage real-time data, streaming responses, and state synchronization.

Requires a minimum of 3 years of frontend experience, with expert-level proficiency in React (including Server Components and Actions) and production experience with the Next.js App Router. Deep expertise in TypeScript is essential, including advanced types, generics, conditional types, and strict mode. Proficiency in modern CSS, particularly Tailwind CSS (preferably v4), responsive design, and animations. Advanced experience with state management solutions like Jotai atoms, TanStack Query for server state and caching, and React Hook Form combined with Zod. Hands-on experience with monorepo tools such as Turborepo, pnpm workspaces, or similar is required. Proven experience in building design systems using shadcn/ui, Radix UI, or comparable headless libraries. Demonstrated track record in optimizing application performance, including bundle size and render performance. Familiarity with API integration, including REST APIs, WebSockets, and SSE for real-time data synchronization.
