Key responsibilities include assessing and optimizing financial planning, budgeting, consolidation, and controllership processes. You will identify and implement improvements in BPRA domain, re-design processes using BPM tools, and define KPIs for executive reporting. Responsibilities also extend to vendor analysis, configuring EPM tools for BPRA processes, and managing activity-based costing models. You'll collaborate with onshore finance teams, perform cost accounting and categorization, standardize close processes, and design Chart of Accounts. Building management reports in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or OneStream is crucial. Familiarity with ledger systems like SAP ERP/HANA and Oracle GL is beneficial. Experience with 'Record to Report' processes and knowledge of financial close activities are essential. Translating business requirements into technical models and managing project teams are also key aspects of this role. Flexibility for domestic and international travel is required.

To qualify for this role, you must possess a CA, CFA, CPA, or a Master's in Business Administration (Finance). We require 3-5 years of work experience in BPRA projects for Staff level and 7-10 years for Senior level. Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must. Experience with EPM tools such as Anaplan, Tagetik, Oracle PBCS/EPBCS, Power BI, Tableau, OneStream, or Board is essential. You should demonstrate an agile, learnable, and problem-solving approach with confident, professional communication skills. Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively at all organizational levels are expected. As a team player, strong analytical and problem-solving skills are critical for interpreting financial standards.
