As an AI Engineer, you will be integral to developing and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions, partnering with clients to design and implement these innovations. You'll also contribute to thought leadership by publishing scientific papers and representing BCG X at conferences.

Key duties include applying software development best practices for robust and maintainable code, actively participating in the entire software development lifecycle, and guiding non-technical teams. You will optimize algorithm efficiency, enhance software design, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, sharing innovative ideas within collaborative teams.

We seek candidates with a degree in Computer Science or a related field, and at least two years of relevant work experience or substantial personal projects utilizing the latest AI toolchains. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, or Scala, along with experience in data management (relational, non-relational, streaming), parallel computing, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is essential.

Familiarity with full-stack development technologies (GraphQL, React, JavaScript, TypeScript), DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform), and data tools (SQL, Spark, Hadoop) is required. Experience with machine learning libraries such as Pandas and Scikit-learn is also necessary. Fluency in English and either Mandarin or Cantonese is a prerequisite for this role.
