As a Lead Financial Accountant, you will be instrumental in maintaining precise financial records and supporting the overall integrity of financial data. This role demands a strong understanding of accounting principles and their practical application.

Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate general ledger records, preparing and posting journal entries, and executing periodic account reconciliations.

You will also play a vital role in the financial close process, ensuring all accounting information is complete and accurate. This includes preparing and analyzing various financial reports to aid management decision-making.

Furthermore, the role involves reviewing and reconciling intercompany transactions, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and supporting internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation. Collaboration with other accounting functions and contributing to process improvements are also key aspects of this position.

A mandatory qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) is required, along with 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Proven hands-on experience in general ledger accounting, including the preparation and posting of journal entries, is essential. You should also have experience performing account reconciliations and supporting periodic general ledger close activities.

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to prepare comprehensive financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
