Collaborate with customers on joint development, offering technical expertise to create bespoke solutions.

Conduct thorough technical analysis, including circuit/board troubleshooting and issue resolution, to meet stringent customer requirements.

Drive design wins with manufacturers by developing comprehensive technical solutions, including hardware and software demonstrations.

Deliver on-site support for hardware and software challenges, acting as a dedicated technical specialist for NVIDIA Datacenter products.

Foster strong communication and collaboration with internal teams to guarantee an excellent end-customer experience.

Requires a BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the high-tech electronics industry, with a focus on system design or FAE support.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with hardware bring-up, board-level validation, or system qualification.

Familiarity with L1-L10 server test levels and their mapping to OEM qualification milestones is essential.

Solid understanding of PCIe and other high-speed communication interfaces is necessary.

Proficiency in debugging BMC/IPMI, BIOS/UEFI, or system firmware is required.

Knowledge of thermal design principles and their impact on system temperatures is important.

Exposure to AI or data center infrastructure, including GPU rack integration, cooling, power provisioning, and workload deployment, is beneficial.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are vital for effective collaboration with business and engineering teams.
