Join our Transfer Pricing team as a Senior Executive in Gurugram and contribute to solving complex client issues. You'll play a key role in delivering strategic and implementation solutions within our Tax Practice, focusing on innovation and leadership.

Your role will involve preparing comprehensive Transfer Pricing Planning and Documentation reports, adhering to Indian Transfer Pricing Regulations and OECD Guidelines. You will assist clients with transfer pricing assessments, appeals, and penalty proceedings, representing them before appellate authorities.

Key responsibilities include preparing submissions and appeals, filing with authorities like DRP and CIT-Appeals, and assisting with Advance Pricing Agreement applications. You'll also conduct benchmarking studies using public databases and finalize Form 3CEB requirements.

A graduate degree is required for this position. We are seeking individuals with 2-4 years of experience specifically in Transfer Pricing. A strong technical understanding of transfer pricing principles and regulations is essential.

Ideal candidates will possess a solid grasp of Indian Transfer Pricing Regulations and OECD Guidelines, with proven experience in handling assessments, appeals, and APA filings. Proficiency in conducting benchmarking studies is also crucial.
