Prepare comprehensive Transfer Pricing Planning and Documentation reports adhering to Indian Transfer Pricing Regulations and OECD Guidelines.

Provide crucial support to clients during transfer pricing assessments, appeals, and penalty proceedings, including representation before appellate authorities.

Assist in preparing and filing submissions and appeals with various authorities like the Dispute Resolution Panel (DRP) and Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals).

Facilitate applications for Advance Pricing Agreements (APA) and conduct detailed benchmarking analysis using databases such as PROWESS and CAPITALINE.

Develop thorough Transfer Pricing Studies, including industry overviews, Functional, Asset, and Risk (FAR) analysis, and benchmarking reports.

Finalize Form 3CEB requirements, support APA filings, and assist with assessment-related tasks before the Transfer Pricing Officer.

A Graduate degree is required for this role.

We are seeking candidates with 2 to 4 years of dedicated experience in Transfer Pricing.

Strong technical knowledge of transfer pricing principles and practices is essential.
