- Develop and maintain contemporaneous transfer pricing documentation. - Prepare and file Form 3CEB accountant's reports for cross-border transactions. - Draft submissions and appeals for tax authorities. - Conduct benchmarking studies using Prowess and Capitaline databases. - Advise clients on appropriate arm's length pricing. - Represent clients before tax authorities (TPOs, AOs, CIT(A)). - Assist with transfer pricing advisory and restructuring assignments. - Engage in key planning assignments like cost allocation and profit planning. - Advise on domestic transfer pricing amendments. - Review inter-company agreements for accuracy. - Visit clients to understand business operations and conduct interviews. - Mentor new employees and freshers on transfer pricing topics.

A strong understanding of transfer pricing principles and practices is essential.

Proficiency in conducting benchmarking studies and utilizing databases like Prowess and Capitaline is required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for client interaction and representation before tax authorities.
