As a Senior Executive in Transfer Pricing, you will cultivate strong professional relationships with colleagues and clients, consistently aiming to surpass expectations. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Preparing comprehensive Transfer Pricing Planning and Documentation reports aligned with Indian Transfer Pricing Regulations and OECD Guidelines. • Supporting clients through transfer pricing assessments, appeals, stay of demand proceedings, and penalty proceedings, including representation before first-level appellate authorities. • Assisting in the preparation and filing of submissions and appeals, including paper books, with various appellate authorities such as the Dispute Resolution Panel (DRP) and CIT-Appeals. • Providing support in filing applications with Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) authorities. • Conducting thorough benchmarking analyses using public databases like PROWESS and CAPITALINE. • Developing Transfer Pricing Studies, including detailed Industry Overviews, Functional, Asset, and Risk (FAR) analyses, and Benchmarking. • Finalizing the requirements for Form 3CEB, filing APA applications, and assisting with assessment-related work before the Transfer Pricing Officer.

This role requires a Graduate with 2-4 years of dedicated experience in Transfer Pricing. You will leverage your expertise to navigate Indian Transfer Pricing Regulations and OECD Guidelines, assist clients with compliance and dispute resolution, and perform essential benchmarking and documentation tasks. Familiarity with APA and controversy management is crucial for success in this position.
