Prepare comprehensive Transfer Pricing Planning and Documentation reports, adhering to Indian Transfer Pricing Regulations and OECD Guidelines. Assist clients with transfer pricing assessments, appeals, and penalty proceedings, including representation before appellate authorities. Prepare and file submissions, appeals, and paper books with various authorities like the Dispute Resolution Panel (DRP) and Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals). Support applications for Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and conduct benchmarking studies using public databases such as PROWESS and CAPITALINE. Develop detailed Transfer Pricing Studies, including industry overviews, Functional, Asset, and Risk (FAR) analyses, and benchmarking reports. Finalize requirements for Form 3CEB, manage APA filings, and assist with assessment-related tasks before the Transfer Pricing Officer.

A graduate degree is required for this position. Possess 2-4 years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing. Demonstrate strong technical knowledge in transfer pricing principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in conducting benchmarking studies and preparing detailed documentation. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships is key.
