As a Senior Executive, your responsibilities will include:

- Developing Transfer Pricing Planning and Documentation reports aligned with Indian TP Regulations and OECD Guidelines. - Supporting clients through transfer pricing assessments, appeals, and penalty proceedings, including representation before appellate authorities. - Preparing and filing submissions and appeals with various authorities like DRP and CIT-Appeals. - Assisting with Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) applications. - Conducting benchmarking studies using PROWESS and CAPITALINE databases. - Preparing comprehensive Transfer Pricing Studies, including industry overviews, FAR analysis, and benchmarking. - Finalizing Form 3CEB requirements, managing APA filings, and assisting with TP officer assessments.

We are seeking a motivated individual with 2-4 years of experience in Transfer Pricing. A strong understanding of Indian Transfer Pricing Regulations and OECD Guidelines is essential. You should possess robust technical knowledge in the field and a proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
