Join our dynamic Transfer Pricing team as a Senior Executive, contributing to advisory, compliance, Advance Pricing Agreements (APA), and controversy management. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading tax practice, delivering strategic and implementation solutions for clients.

As part of the Deloitte Tax Practice, you will collaborate with talented professionals to address complex client challenges, driving innovation and transformation in the tax landscape.

Prepare comprehensive Transfer Pricing Planning and Documentation reports, adhering to Indian Transfer Pricing Regulations and OECD Guidelines. Assist clients with transfer pricing assessments and appeals, including stay of demand proceedings and penalty matters.

Support clients in preparing submissions and appeals for various appellate authorities like the Dispute Resolution Panel (DRP) and Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals). Help clients file applications with Advance Pricing Agreement authorities and conduct benchmarking analyses using public databases such as PROWESS and CAPITALINE.

A Graduate degree is required, coupled with 2-4 years of dedicated experience in Transfer Pricing. A strong technical understanding of transfer pricing principles and regulations is essential for success in this role.
