This role is pivotal in managing diverse financial accounting tasks, ensuring precise and timely financial reporting, and offering crucial support to various business units. We seek an individual with a robust grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting, adept at collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive finance transformation.

Key responsibilities include managing intercompany transactions with accurate eliminations and reconciliations. You will contribute to month-end and year-end closing processes, perform essential General Ledger (GL) period-end activities, and prepare necessary journal entries and reconciliations. Daily tasks involve monthly bank reconciliations, balance sheet account reconciliations, and generating insightful financial reports. Additionally, provide accounting support to business units, handle treasury accounting, and manage fixed asset accounting, including acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation calculations.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, complemented by 4-6 years of hands-on experience in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis. A strong foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and internal controls is essential. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is required; experience with ERP systems is a significant advantage.
