Join our finance transformation team as a Senior Executive in Record to Report operations. This role focuses on critical inter-company accounting processes, ensuring accurate settlement of balances and compliance with Withholding Tax (WHT) regulations. You will play a key part in driving efficiency and accuracy within our finance operations in Bengaluru.

Key responsibilities include the settlement of intercompany balances, creation of wire requests, and ensuring WHT compliance. You will also be responsible for posting journal entries, analyzing and posting accruals, and clearing control accounts. The role requires ensuring the successful closure of the IHC module without errors, with a strong emphasis on automation and standardization. Additionally, you'll handle month-end close activities, provide timely query responses, prepare reports, and maintain zero out-of-balance status. Coordination with country teams for aged balance settlement, account reconciliation, and DTP preparation are also crucial aspects of this position.

This position requires a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or CA – Inter qualification, coupled with over 8 years of total experience. Essential skills include strong accounting expertise and a solid understanding of intercompany accounting principles. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is a must. Experience with SAP ERP (ECC and S4) is considered an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital. The ideal candidate is a team player, capable of working independently, and possesses a strong sense of ownership.
