Design and program manage comprehensive learning journeys tailored to business needs and the firm's learning strategy.

Oversee the Skill Badges program as PMO, managing administration, process ownership, automation requirements, and creating Power BI dashboards for reporting.

Track training efficacy metrics, generate detailed learning reports, and facilitate initiatives to boost program adoption and effectiveness.

Promote the learning agenda via a dedicated L&D communications calendar, utilizing emailers, reports, Power BI, HIVE, and internal Deloitte sites.

Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) efficiently.

Requires 4-8 years of relevant experience, ideally in learning, development, and organizational development.

Possesses strong skills in data management and analysis, alongside proficiency in data analytics tools.

Demonstrates excellent program management and execution capabilities, with an awareness of digital design skills and tools.

Exhibits strong collaboration, learning agility, stakeholder management, influencing, and communication abilities.

Postgraduate degree or relevant certifications are preferred.
