This role focuses on driving business development and expertly managing client engagements within the infrastructure and real estate sectors. You'll lead teams, deliver exceptional client service, and contribute to impactful solutions.

We are seeking professionals dedicated to providing customized investment banking, restructuring, and insolvency services. Our team works with a diverse range of clients, including corporations, private equity firms, institutional investors, and government bodies, leveraging global connectivity with deep local market insights.

Lead business development initiatives within designated sectors and services.

Manage the end-to-end execution of transaction advisory mandates, including preparing business cases, feasibility studies, marketing collateral, and managing bid processes.

Provide expert advice on Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) throughout the project lifecycle.

Review complex transaction documents and guide teams through all project execution phases.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective client management and relationship building.

Demonstrate a high commitment to learning and delivering excellence across the entire transaction lifecycle.

Guide teams and drive transaction/project closures with a strong sense of commitment.

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred), or Planning.

Possess a Post-graduation in Management, MBA, or be CA qualified (CFA and a degree from a premier university are advantageous).

Have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in Infrastructure Finance and Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs).

Experience should encompass business plan formulation, investment decisions, business case/techno-financial feasibility preparation, project financing and funding, financial analysis, modeling, and transaction advisory.

Exhibit strong report writing and reviewing skills, with meticulous attention to detail, conciseness, and risk management.

Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and market awareness.

Possess a good understanding of transaction documents and the ability to multitask effectively across multiple engagements.

Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, coupled with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
