Join Deloitte's esteemed Infra & Real Estate team as a Senior Executive in Delhi. This role focuses on driving business development and leading impactful client engagements within the infrastructure and real estate sectors. You will be instrumental in providing customized investment banking and advisory services, contributing to clients' growth and resilience.

As a Senior Executive, you will spearhead business development initiatives within designated sectors and services. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end execution of transaction advisory mandates, encompassing business case preparation, feasibility studies, and bid process management. You will advise on Public-Private Partnerships across the project lifecycle, review transaction documents, and serve as the primary client contact.

Key duties involve guiding teams to achieve impactful results and deliver superior client service. You are expected to drive transaction and project closures with a high degree of commitment and possess strong leadership qualities. Expertise in PPP and Infrastructure Advisory is highly valued.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, or Planning, with a preference for Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. A post-graduation in management, MBA, or CA qualification is also required, with CFA and premier university backgrounds being advantageous.

Candidates should possess 1-3 years of relevant experience in infrastructure finance and Public-Private Partnerships. This includes experience in business plan formulation, investment decisions, techno-financial feasibility preparation, project financing, financial analysis and modeling, and transaction advisory. Strong report writing, commercial acumen, market awareness, and an understanding of transaction documents are essential. Fluency in written and verbal English, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude are also crucial.
