In this pivotal role, you will spearhead business development initiatives within designated sectors and service areas. You will oversee the end-to-end execution of transaction advisory mandates, encompassing the development of business cases, feasibility studies, marketing collateral, and bid process management.

Key responsibilities include advising on Public-Private Partnerships across the entire project lifecycle, meticulously reviewing transaction documents, and guiding teams through complex execution phases. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationship management and driving client satisfaction. A high degree of commitment to learning and delivering excellence throughout the transaction lifecycle is expected.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring your team, fostering a collaborative environment, and demonstrating an unwavering commitment to achieving transaction or project closures. Candidates with proven expertise in PPP and Infrastructure Advisory will be highly valued.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred), or Planning. A postgraduate degree in Management, an MBA, or CA qualification is essential, with a preference for candidates holding CFA credentials from premier universities.

Ideal candidates will possess 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in infrastructure finance and Public-Private Partnerships. This experience should encompass business plan formulation, investment decisions, techno-financial feasibility studies, project financing, financial analysis and modeling, and transaction advisory.

Exceptional report writing and review skills are crucial, with a keen eye for detail, conciseness, and risk management. A strong commercial acumen, market awareness, and a good understanding of transaction documents are vital. The ability to manage multiple engagements concurrently, coupled with fluency in written and verbal English, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude, will ensure success in this role.
