Join our Internal Audit team as a Senior Executive in Pune. This role is integral to driving functional excellence and fostering innovation within the Assurance function. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Execute a range of audit engagements including Internal Audit, Project Audit, Concurrent Audit, and Advisory services. This involves SOP design, IFC, SOX compliance, and Risk Management across diverse sectors like Manufacturing, FMCG, Aviation, Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, and Energy/Renewables, adhering strictly to approved methodologies and quality standards. You will also be responsible for gathering, synthesizing, and analyzing data using relevant tools to support audit findings and advisory recommendations, understanding client business models, and interpreting industry trends to suggest leading practices. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all organizational levels is key.

This position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, specifically within the NON-Finance sector. A Graduate degree is essential. Proficiency in MS Office tools, experience with SAP for data extraction and validation, and hands-on expertise in data extraction, cleaning, and analysis using Excel are mandatory. Familiarity with Power BI for dashboard creation is also required.
